The new member educator is responsible for preparing all new members for initiation. She plans and implements a new member education program that meets the chapter’s schedule and timeline for initiation. Her overall aim is to ensure that new members understand their rights and responsibilities as Tri Deltas and that they are able to live up to the pledge that they make to the organization.

The reference chair is responsible for collecting, processing and acknowledging all references that the chapter receives.

The sponsor chair ensures that each new member is paired with a responsible sponsor who will serve as a role model of membership in Tri Delta. The sponsor chairman organizes events and activities that allow sponsors and new members to spend time together.
