The academic development chair is responsible for maintaining chapter excellence in scholarship and assisting members who are in need of additional academic support. In addition, the academic development chairman serves as the primary chapter officer contact for the chapter’s faculty advisor. She encourages academic excellence through “Smarty Pants” awards and other incentives. She also coordinates study hours and test files that are offered to each member.

The member development chair is responsible for developing relationships among the members and the families of our members. She coordinates our annual Father - Daughter Weekend, Mother - Daughter Weekend, Family Weekend, Pine Party and other such events for our chapter. She is also in charge of bringing in guest speakers to talk on topics of concern to our members during our monthly open meetings.

The continuing education chair provides varied, interesting and informative celebrations for chapter and national milestones. She educates the chapter on the mechanics of Tri Delta as well as the history, traditions and purpose of the Fraternity and the local chapter. She encourages lifelong membership and is the liaison to the chapter from the Tri Delta Foundation.

The music chairman is responsible for preparing the chapter to sing and perform at appropriate events. She is also responsible for preparing the chapter to perform music contained in the Ritual. The music chairman preserves the integrity and musical traditions of the chapter by ensuring that the music is performed with respect and love.
