The house manager assists the house director in opening, maintaing and closing the house. She also ensures that the house policies set by the chapter are followed and is the liasion between the National Housing Corporation and the chapter.

The secretary works closely with the members of the administration team to ensure that chapter meetings are run efficiently and effectively. The secretary maintains the written records of chapter meetings and ensures those records are in order.
