Step into our Sisterhood

Moving to a campus like the University of Florida can be a bit overwhelming for anyone. With over 50,000 students it can be hard to make Gainesville your home away from home. In becoming a member of Delta Delta Delta though you will find not only a place to call home but a place to build endless friendships and memories that will last long after you have graduated.

“Let us steadfastly love one another” is the foundation in which our organization has grown on.  This motto can be seen throughout our sisters and in everything we do as a chapter.  From game days cheering on the Gators to study sessions that last all night long to fun socials to the movie nights in bonding with other sisters, the love and friendship we all share can be seen through it all.  In being on such a large campus we are thankful to know that we have 200 sisters who will always be there for us.  Even though we will all have to leave UF someday, it is great to know that you will never lose your sisters.

Tri Deltas have diverse interests and backgrounds, but ultimately we share a rallying spirit, a foundation of mutual respect and lifelong sisterhood. To date, Tri Delta has initiated more than 210,000 women. Currently, 139 campuses across the United States and Canada host Tri Delta chapters - and this number continues to expand each year!

The University of Florida Panhellenic Council is apart of the strong Greek community found on our campus.  The council as a whole offers even more opportunities for each of its members to take part in academic achievement, community service events, leadership opportunities, Greek community events and lifelong friendships with members of other chapters.  Tri Delta encourages each woman to take this time to learn about our strong Greek community and find the chapter that she most feels at home at.

Recruitment is a week-long process in which each woman wishing to join a sorority will have the exciting chance to visit and learn about each of our 16 chapters.  Each round of recruitment allows potential new members to learn more and more about each chapter and see the different characteristics of each that make all of the chapters unique in their own way.
